How to Make Classic Meatloaf

  3. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan, gently shaping it with your hands.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the ketchup and white vinegar, then spread it evenly over the meatloaf.
  5. Place the loaf pan in your preheated oven and bake for 1 hour, until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
