How to Make Classic Meatloaf
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, diced onion, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, tomato paste, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until thoroughly combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan, gently shaping it with your hands.
- In a separate bowl, combine the ketchup and white vinegar, then spread it evenly over the meatloaf.
- Place the loaf pan in your preheated oven and bake for 1 hour, until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- Once done, allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
