  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour or gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground is best
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
For the Gravy
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cups Milk or chicken broth
  • 1 cup Pan Drippings don't skip!

Directions
  1. Prepare the Pork Chops: Season all-purpose flour with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Dredge each pork chop in this mixture until fully coated.
  2. Heat Oil: In a large skillet, pour enough oil to cover the bottom about ¼ inch deep, and heat over medium-high until shimmering.
  3. Fry the Chops: Carefully place each coated pork chop in the hot oil. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Make the Gravy: After frying, remove the chops and lower the heat. Add butter to drippings, whisk in remaining flour, then gradually add milk until thick.
  5. Serve: Pour gravy generously over pork chops and serve hot.
