Steps
- Start by cutting the top sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces.
- Sprinkle the steak pieces with kosher salt and black pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak bites.
- In the same skillet, sauté the diced onions and minced garlic until translucent.
- Transfer the seared steak, onions, and garlic to your crock pot, pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, and stir gently.
- Set your crock pot on low and cook for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
