Steps
  1. Start by cutting the top sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Sprinkle the steak pieces with kosher salt and black pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak bites.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté the diced onions and minced garlic until translucent.
  5. Transfer the seared steak, onions, and garlic to your crock pot, pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, and stir gently.
  6. Set your crock pot on low and cook for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
  7. After cooking, stir in the gravy mix and let it simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  8. Serve the steak bites and gravy over mashed potatoes, rice, or in a sandwich.
