How to Make Egg Casserole
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the diced bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, approximately 5-7 minutes. Remove the bacon and place it on paper towels to drain excess grease.
  3. Sauté the onion, minced garlic, and bell peppers in the same skillet for about 4-5 minutes, until they soften.
  4. Combine the beaten eggs, cooked bacon, and sautéed vegetables in a large mixing bowl. Add sea salt and pepper, mixing until well combined.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into a greased baking dish, and top generously with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
