For the Pork Chops
  • 4 chops Pork Chops bone-in or boneless
  • 3 tablespoons Butter clarified for dairy-free option
  • 3 cloves Garlic fresh is best
For the Herbs
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano fresh or dried
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
For the Vegetables
  • 2 cups Zucchini diced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
For Garnish
  • 1 slice Lemon for serving

Cooking Instructions
  1. Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic, oregano, and thyme, and let sauté for about a minute.
  4. Cook the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
  6. Sauté diced zucchini in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Return the pork chops to the skillet to reheat for a minute.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with lemon slices.
