Cooking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel and dice the russet potatoes into uniform pieces. Chop the yellow onion and mince the garlic.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until they become soft and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
