How to Make Honey-Garlic Glazed Salmon

  2. Heat extra-virgin olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until it’s hot—but not smoking. Make sure to coat the bottom of the skillet for even cooking.
  3. Season each salmon fillet with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place them skin side up into the hot oil and sear until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Gently flip the salmon fillets over, adding minced garlic and the prepared honey mixture. Cook for approximately 5 minutes or until the sauce reduces and thickens beautifully.
  5. Spoon the luscious glaze over each fillet and add sliced lemons as a garnish. Serve warm and enjoy the delightful flavors!
