How to Make Honey-Garlic Glazed Salmon
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and crushed red pepper flakes until everything is well combined and smooth.
- Heat extra-virgin olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until it’s hot—but not smoking. Make sure to coat the bottom of the skillet for even cooking.
- Season each salmon fillet with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place them skin side up into the hot oil and sear until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Gently flip the salmon fillets over, adding minced garlic and the prepared honey mixture. Cook for approximately 5 minutes or until the sauce reduces and thickens beautifully.
- Spoon the luscious glaze over each fillet and add sliced lemons as a garnish. Serve warm and enjoy the delightful flavors!
