How to Make Honey Garlic Salmon Bites
- Pat the salmon cubes dry with paper towels. Season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon cubes, cooking for 4-5 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add more oil if needed and sauté the minced garlic and grated ginger for 1 minute. Add soy sauce, vinegar, and honey; simmer for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Return the salmon to the skillet and toss gently in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve over jasmine rice or alongside steamed vegetables, garnished with sesame seeds and chives if desired.
