Ingredients
  

For the Salmon Bites
  • 1 pound Salmon skinless and cubed
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika smoked paprika recommended
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder fresh garlic cloves can be a substitute
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder fresh onions can replace it if desired
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil can substitute with neutral oil
For the Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce low-sodium or gluten-free tamari recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar apple cider vinegar is a substitute
  • 2 tablespoons Honey raw honey preferred
For Garnishing
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds can be omitted if allergic
  • 2 tablespoons Chives chopped

How to Make Honey Garlic Salmon Bites
  1. Pat the salmon cubes dry with paper towels. Season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon cubes, cooking for 4-5 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add more oil if needed and sauté the minced garlic and grated ginger for 1 minute. Add soy sauce, vinegar, and honey; simmer for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  4. Return the salmon to the skillet and toss gently in the sauce until well coated.
  5. Serve over jasmine rice or alongside steamed vegetables, garnished with sesame seeds and chives if desired.
