  • 1 cup Castelvetrano olives pitted and halved

  • 3 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Steps to Prepare
  1. Prepare the radicchio by removing any discolored outer leaves. Slice the remaining radicchio into thin strips.
