How to Make Kafta Kebabs
  1. In a food processor, pulse quartered onion and fresh parsley until finely chopped.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion and parsley, salt, black pepper, seven spice blend, and cayenne pepper. Mix well by hand.
  3. Form the mixture around skewers, about 1-1.5 inches thick, ensuring they're securely compacted.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
  5. Place the kebabs on the grill and cook for 4 minutes on one side. Flip and grill for another 4 minutes or until cooked through.
