How to Make Kafta Kebabs
- In a food processor, pulse quartered onion and fresh parsley until finely chopped.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion and parsley, salt, black pepper, seven spice blend, and cayenne pepper. Mix well by hand.
- Form the mixture around skewers, about 1-1.5 inches thick, ensuring they're securely compacted.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
- Place the kebabs on the grill and cook for 4 minutes on one side. Flip and grill for another 4 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve immediately with fresh pita bread and your choice of dips or salads.
