Method
 

Main Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the glaze by combining ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl until smooth.
  3. Combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, grated onion, minced garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix gently until just combined.
  4. Form the mixture into four equal patties about 3/4-inch thick.
  5. Place the patties on the prepared baking sheet and brush half of the glaze over each patty.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes, then brush with the remaining glaze. Bake for an additional 5-8 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Rest the patties for 5 minutes before serving.
