- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the glaze by combining ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl until smooth.
- Combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, grated onion, minced garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix gently until just combined.
- Form the mixture into four equal patties about 3/4-inch thick.
- Place the patties on the prepared baking sheet and brush half of the glaze over each patty.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then brush with the remaining glaze. Bake for an additional 5-8 minutes until cooked through.
- Rest the patties for 5 minutes before serving.
