How to Make Mini Meatballs with Marinara Sauce
- In a large bowl, toss together the ground beef or turkey, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Use your hands to gently combine the mixture until all ingredients are integrated.
- With your hands, take spoonfuls of the mixture and roll them into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat a bit of oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the meatballs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are nicely browned.
- Place the meatballs on a plate and ladle warm marinara sauce over them.
