How to Make One-Pan Pasta
  1. Heat the Olive Oil: Start by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the Aromatics: Add chopped yellow onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
  3. Add Rosemary: Toss in freshly chopped rosemary leaves and sauté for an additional minute.
  4. Incorporate Tomato Paste: Stir in tomato paste and cook for another minute.
  5. Brown the Beef: Add lean ground beef, breaking it apart and cooking until it's no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Mix in Pasta and Broth: Add tubetti pasta and broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer.
  7. Cook the Pasta: Let everything simmer for about 12-14 minutes, stirring frequently.
  8. Stir in the Pumpkin: In the last two minutes, mix in pumpkin purée and mascarpone cheese. Season to taste.
  9. Serve and Garnish: Plate the pasta and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
