For the Topping
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil Olive oil or spray oil are great choices.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Consider using fresh minced garlic for bolder taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Can substitute with dried basil or oregano.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt Regular salt with extra garlic powder is an alternative.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a large baking pan with cooking oil.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each tortilla, covering it evenly.
  3. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and 4-5 slices of pepperoni on top of the sauce.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly, starting from one edge and keeping the filling secure.
  5. Brush the tops with cooking oil and mix together garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt; sprinkle over the rolls.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving to avoid a cheesy explosion.
