- In a large bowl, combine ground pork, basil, garlic, green onions, fish sauce, sriracha, sugar, cornstarch, black pepper, and salt. Mix gently until combined, then form into four patties, each about ⅓-inch thick.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, green onions, and sriracha until well blended.
- Heat sesame oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add the pork patties and cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until browned and the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Spread a generous layer of sriracha mayo on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Top with crunchy pickled vegetables, cilantro, jalapeño slices, and a delicious pork patty. Add cucumber slices, then finish with the top bun.
