How to Make Pork Potstickers
- Prepare the Wrappers: Gently loosen the round dumpling wrappers, ensuring they don't stick together.
- Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, minced garlic, and salt. Mix until well incorporated.
- Moisten Edges: Wet the edges of each dumpling wrapper with a bit of water to help seal the potstickers.
- Fill and Fold: Place 1-1.5 tablespoons of the filling in the center of each wrapper. Fold and pleat the edges.
- Fry Potstickers: Heat a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and fry the potstickers for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
- Steam to Cook: Pour 1/4 cup of water into the skillet, cover, and let them steam for 6-8 minutes.
- Store Leftovers: Store any leftover potstickers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
