  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs plain or seasoned
  • 1 large Egg for binding
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs Dill or Parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
For the Creamy Avocado Sauce
  • 1 ripe Avocado soft when pressed
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flake the fresh salmon into small pieces in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Combine salmon with breadcrumbs, egg, herbs, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix until fully blended.
  4. Form small balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Prepare the creamy avocado sauce by blending avocado, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  7. Serve the salmon balls warm with the avocado sauce for dipping.
