How to Make Salmon Sweet Potato Patties
- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed sweet potato, canned salmon, Panko breadcrumbs, red onions, and garlic powder. Stir gently until well mixed.
- Scoop portions of the mixture and form them into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or cooking spray.
- Gently place patties in the skillet, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
