Directions
  1. Mix chicken thighs with soy sauces, black pepper, and corn starch, letting them marinate for about 10 minutes. Chop the scallions, keeping the white and green parts separate.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and pan fry until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Stir in the white parts of scallions and cook for 1-2 minutes until softened.
  4. Quickly stir in the green parts of scallions, cooking for an additional 10-20 seconds.
  5. Plate the chicken, sprinkle with extra pepper or scallions if desired, and serve hot over rice or noodles.
