- Mix chicken thighs with soy sauces, black pepper, and corn starch, letting them marinate for about 10 minutes. Chop the scallions, keeping the white and green parts separate.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and pan fry until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
- Stir in the white parts of scallions and cook for 1-2 minutes until softened.
- Quickly stir in the green parts of scallions, cooking for an additional 10-20 seconds.
