How to Make Turkey Cheeseball
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until well blended and creamy.
- Add in the ranch seasoning, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Gently incorporate the shredded cheddar cheese and 1/3 cup of crumbled bacon into the mixture.
- Set aside 3 tablespoons of the mixture for the turkey’s head.
- Using plastic wrap, form the remaining mixture into a ball.
- Place the cheeseball in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to firm up.
- Shape the reserved mixture into a small ball for the turkey's head and secure it on top with a pretzel rod.
- Insert the pretzel twists into the back of the cheeseball to form tail feathers.
- Press the remaining crumbled bacon around the cheeseball for added flavor.
- Serve the turkey cheeseball chilled on a platter with assorted pretzels and crackers.
