How to Make Impossible Pie
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth. Stir in melted butter, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  3. Carefully fold in your shredded cheese and any choice of optional fillings.
  4. Pour the batter into the greased pie dish, ensuring even distribution.
  5. Bake for about 35–45 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let the pie rest for 5–10 minutes after baking to set.
