How to Make Sephardic Style Charoset Bites
- Combine dates and juice. Start by placing your pitted and halved Medjool dates in a bowl. Pour warm grape juice over them and let them soak for about 10 minutes until they're nice and soft.
- Mix in the dry ingredients. Add in the raisins, cinnamon, toasted hazelnuts, raw walnuts, and almond flour. Give everything a good mix until well combined.
- Form the bites. With your hands, roll the mixture into bite-sized balls or patties.
- Chill to set. Place the energy bites on a parchment-lined tray. Pop them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
