How to Make Sephardic Style Charoset Bites
  1. Combine dates and juice. Start by placing your pitted and halved Medjool dates in a bowl. Pour warm grape juice over them and let them soak for about 10 minutes until they're nice and soft.
  2. Mix in the dry ingredients. Add in the raisins, cinnamon, toasted hazelnuts, raw walnuts, and almond flour. Give everything a good mix until well combined.
  3. Form the bites. With your hands, roll the mixture into bite-sized balls or patties.
  4. Chill to set. Place the energy bites on a parchment-lined tray. Pop them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
