- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, lump crab meat, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each piece into discs about 1/4 inch thick.
- Place a generous spoonful of the seafood filling onto the center of each biscuit disc.
- Gently fold each biscuit over the filling and pinch the edges together firmly to seal.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place your filled biscuits on it, spaced evenly apart.
- Melt some butter and brush it over the tops of each biscuit.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the filling is bubbling slightly.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
