Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 1 pound Raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 can Lump crab meat fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese sharp or Monterey Jack
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese full-fat
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning or a mix of celery salt and paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder or fresh garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper adjust to taste
For the Biscuits
  • 1 can Refrigerated biscuit dough or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or olive oil for brushing
For Garnishing
  • 1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, lump crab meat, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  3. Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each piece into discs about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Place a generous spoonful of the seafood filling onto the center of each biscuit disc.
  5. Gently fold each biscuit over the filling and pinch the edges together firmly to seal.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place your filled biscuits on it, spaced evenly apart.
  7. Melt some butter and brush it over the tops of each biscuit.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the filling is bubbling slightly.
  9. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
