Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Bring a pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp, cooking for 2-3 minutes until opaque.
  3. Fill a large bowl with ice water. Once cooked, transfer the shrimp to the ice bath for 3 minutes, then drain.
  4. In a serving bowl, combine the cooled shrimp, red onion, celery, and the creamy dressing. Toss until well coated. Serve immediately or chill.
