Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, minced garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper until smooth and well-combined.
  2. Place the sliced kielbasa in your slow cooker, then pour the sauce over it. Gently mix to ensure every piece is well-coated.
  3. Cover the slow cooker and set it to low heat. Let the kielbasa cook for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Before serving, stir again to redistribute the glaze. Serve as a finger food appetizer or with sides like mashed potatoes.
