How to Make Smash Burger Tacos
- Begin by dividing your ground beef into 4 equal portions.
- Take a tortilla and lay it flat on your cooking surface. Spread one portion of the beef evenly across the middle.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper generously over the beef.
- Heat a greased skillet over medium-high heat. Place the tortilla with the beef side down, pressing slightly to shape it into a patty.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the tortilla is golden brown. Flip it gently and top with cheese, cooking for another 1-3 minutes until melted.
- Remove from heat and add burger sauce and any desired toppings. Serve immediately while hot.
