Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cut the boneless skinless chicken breasts in half lengthwise for thinner pieces. Season generously with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side or until golden brown.
  4. In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium. Add the remaining butter and the medium onion. Sauté until softened and lightly browned, about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
  6. Pour in the chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce, scraping up any tasty brown bits from the pan.
  7. Gently mix in the sour cream, stirring until smooth and warm; do not let it boil.
  8. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the sauce over top, and season to taste. Serve immediately, garnishing with fresh chopped parsley.
