How to Make Sparkling Blueberry Ginger Mocktail
  1. In a small saucepan, mix together the water, blueberries, chopped rosemary, and ginger. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Cover the saucepan and reduce heat to low. Allow to simmer for about 20 minutes.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine strainer into a measuring cup, discarding solids. Mix in maple syrup and lemon juice.
  4. In serving glasses, add ice cubes, 1/4 cup blueberry syrup, and 1/2 cup sparkling water. Stir gently and serve.
