Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Incorporate eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Drop generous amounts of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about two inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are still soft.
  8. Let the cookies cool for 1 minute before transferring to a wire rack. Melt the candy melts, drizzle over the cookies, and add sprinkles.
