How to Make Dragon Noodles
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles or rice noodles according to the package instructions, approximately 4-5 minutes. Drain well and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Allow the oil to shimmer, then add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant for about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the chili paste, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil to the pan. Stir until well combined, letting the flavors meld for about 2 minutes.
- Carefully add the cooked noodles into the sauce mixture. Gently toss to coat the noodles evenly, ensuring every strand is saturated with delicious flavors.
- Push the noodles to one side of the pan. Pour the beaten eggs into the other side and scramble until just cooked through, approximately 2-3 minutes.
- Stir the scrambled eggs into the noodle mixture until well incorporated. Cook for another minute to let everything heat through.
- Plate your Dragon Noodles and garnish generously with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds for that delightful finishing touch.
