  • 1 lb Large shrimp, uncooked Argentinian shrimp recommended
  • 2 cups Pineapple chunks Fresh or pre-cut
For the Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Sweet chili sauce Trader Joe's version recommended
  • 2 tbsp Sambal Or Sriracha/red chili flakes

How to Make Spicy Pineapple Shrimp Skewers
  1. In a small bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce and sambal. Stir until well blended.
  2. Take shrimp and pineapple chunks and thread them alternately onto skewers.
  3. Coat both sides of the skewers with the sauce mixture using a pastry brush.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, then place the skewers on the grill.
  5. Flip the skewers after about 3 minutes and grill for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from the grill, garnish with parsley and lime wedges, and serve warm.
