How to Make Spicy Pineapple Shrimp Skewers
- In a small bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce and sambal. Stir until well blended.
- Take shrimp and pineapple chunks and thread them alternately onto skewers.
- Coat both sides of the skewers with the sauce mixture using a pastry brush.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, then place the skewers on the grill.
- Flip the skewers after about 3 minutes and grill for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from the grill, garnish with parsley and lime wedges, and serve warm.
