Making the Tacos
- Prepare the Dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, soy sauce, and lime juice until smooth.
- Mix Tuna Filling: Gently fold in the diced sushi-grade tuna, red onion, green onion, and sesame seeds. Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.
