How to Make Halloween Eyeball Salsa
- Chop the tomatoes into small, bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the green onions. Toss together in a mixing bowl.
 - Mince the cilantro leaves and garlic cloves. Add to the bowl with cumin, salt, garlic powder, pepper, red pepper flakes, and lime juice. Stir well.
 - Slice the pimento olives in half for later use.
 - Using a 1/4 teaspoon, scoop a small hole from the center of each mozzarella ball and insert a pimento half.
 - Place the mozzarella eyeballs on top of the salsa and serve with crispy tortilla chips.
