Method

How to Make Spooky Spaghetti & Eyeballs
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil, parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until everything is well combined and looks like a cohesive mixture.
  2. Grab a handful of the meat mixture and form it into a meatball. Stuff each meatball with a slice of provolone cheese and a few black olives, sealing the edges to hide the spooky surprise inside.
  3. While you prepare the meatballs, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Once it's tender, drain it well and set it aside while you finish the meatballs.
  4. In a large saucepan over medium heat, warm the marinara sauce until it's nice and hot, allowing the flavors to develop beautifully as you prepare the meatballs.
  5. Add the stuffed meatballs to the marinara sauce, letting them simmer gently until they're fully cooked through and the cheese inside is melted and gooey—about 15-20 minutes.
  6. Finally, dish out the spaghetti onto plates, top with the meatballs and sauce, and enjoy your Spooky Spaghetti & Eyeballs while sharing giggles and stories with loved ones.
