Preparation

  2. Take your steak and generously season it with salt and pepper. Let it sit while you preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the seasoned steak on the grill, flipping occasionally, until it reaches your desired doneness—about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let it rest while you prepare the salad.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, bleu cheese, red onion, fresh blueberries, and pine nuts. Toss gently to mix the ingredients.
  5. Slice the grilled steak thinly against the grain and place it on top of the salad. Drizzle the blueberry balsamic dressing over the entire salad.
