Method

How to Make Steak Cobb Salad
  1. Begin by mixing olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the flank steak with this mixture and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes for maximum flavor.
  2. Preheat your grill on medium-high heat. Grill the marinated flank steak for 4-5 minutes per side until it reaches medium-rare. Remove from heat and let it rest under foil for tenderness.
  3. While the steak is resting, chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces, halve the cherry tomatoes, and dice a ripe avocado.
  4. In a pan, fry the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Once cooled, take your hard-boiled eggs and slice them into uniform pieces.
  6. In a large bowl, mix together the chopped lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, diced avocado, crispy bacon, blue cheese crumbles, and sliced egg pieces. Drizzle your favorite dressing over the top.
  7. Now, slice the rested steak against the grain into thin strips. Lay these juicy strips beautifully on top of the prepared salad.
  8. Serve your vibrant Steak Cobb Salad right away for the freshest taste that will impress everyone.
