Cooking Steps
- Season salmon filets with kosher salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Combine maple syrup or honey, BBQ sauce, and water into the skillet. Stir gently to blend.
- Cook salmon filets in the skillet, skin-side down, for about 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the salmon and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until it flakes easily.
- Serve topped with the glossy sauce, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.
