How to Make Sticky Pigs in Blankets
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly flour your surface and roll out the puff pastry to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into strips that are 1 inch wide and 4 inches long.
  3. Take a cocktail sausage and place it at one end of each pastry strip. Roll tightly, sealing the edge with egg wash.
  4. Brush the tops of each wrapped sausage with egg wash for a glossy finish.
  5. In a medium bowl, mix honey, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth for the glaze.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until pastry is golden brown and puffed up.
  7. Remove from oven and brush glaze over the pigs in blankets. Return to oven for another 5 minutes.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving warm, optionally serve with additional barbecue sauce.
