How to Make Summer Fruit Breakfast Bake
  1. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. In another bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Stir in the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the banana mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients and mix well.

  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
