- In a bowl, whisk together the sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, white vinegar, lime juice, and minced garlic.
- In a large skillet, warm the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.
- Generously season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, garlic powder, thyme, and basil.
- Cook the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Mix the cornstarch with a splash of water to create a slurry and add this to the skillet.
- Return the chicken back to the skillet and coat with the honey sriracha sauce.
- Plate the chicken and garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley, sesame seeds, and lime wedges.
