  • 1 tablespoon Freeze-Dried Strawberry Powder Can substitute with crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar Adjust based on your taste preference.
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice Provides brightness to the filling.

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, freeze-dried strawberry powder, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Take 4 slices of very thin white bread and use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out heart shapes, leaving crusts intact.
  3. Select another slice of bread and generously spread a layer of the strawberry cream cheese mixture on top, reaching the edges.
  4. With the remaining bread slices, repeat the heart-cutting process to create 8 more heart shapes.
  5. Layer the heart-shaped slices: place one filled slice atop a plain heart, then cap it with another filled slice. Repeat for all sandwiches.
