Method
 

Making Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Bars
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased pie dish.
  4. Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until it’s smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and kosher salt to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  6. Fold in the diced peaches gently.
  7. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and spread it evenly.

  9. Drizzle the melted butter into the flour mixture and stir until crumbly.
