Preparation
- Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and optional smoked paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove pork chops and set aside.
- In the same skillet, lower the heat and sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and optional rosemary and red pepper flakes. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet, coating them in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from heat and let the pork chops rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
