- Blend kiwi, green onions, pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
- Place the beef short ribs in a Ziploc bag, add the marinade, and let marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F and cook the beef for 5 minutes on each side until charred, or pan fry over medium-high heat for 5 minutes on each side.
- Preheat your grill and barbecue the beef for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Optional: Serve with grilled pineapple.
