Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat with the chopped onion and sliced celery for 8-10 minutes, then drain excess fat.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper, then stir in the condensed cream of celery soup until everything is well combined.
  4. Layer the beef mixture in a greased casserole dish, then add a layer of frozen Tater Tots on top.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, allowing it to melt into a gooey layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melty and Tater Tots are golden brown.
