- Preheat the slow cooker by setting it to low.
- Combine ground beef, diced onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, milk, Italian seasoning, parsley, salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup ketchup in a large mixing bowl.
- Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it in the slow cooker.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing 3/4 cup ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a separate bowl.
- Cook in the preheated slow cooker on low for about 6 to 7 hours.
- Rest the meatloaf for 10 minutes before slicing.
