How to Make Chicken Bacon Avocado Sandwich
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and yellow mustard until smooth. Refrigerate it while you prep the rest of the ingredients to let the flavors meld.
- Slice the focaccia bread and toast it lightly if you prefer a bit of crunch. Thinly slice the tomato, onion, and avocado, and pull the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized chunks.
- Spread the mustard mayo on both sides of the focaccia. Layer on provolone cheese, then add the chicken, crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, and avocado. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste for extra flavor.
- Close the sandwich gently, slice it in half, and serve immediately. Optional: Drizzle extra mustard mayo on top for an added kick.
