  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 6 slices Bacon diced
  • 8 ounces Rotini or fusili pasta
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Green onions diced
For the Dressing
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Perfect Salad Supreme
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Croutons roughly chopped

Method
 

Directions
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the diced chicken. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  2. In a pot, boil water and add the rotini or fusili pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, typically 8-10 minutes. Drain and allow it to cool slightly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, pasta, diced bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and shredded romaine lettuce. Mix gently.
