How to Make Chicken Tortilla Casserole
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded cooked chicken, chopped green chiles, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and finely chopped onion in a large mixing bowl.
- Fill each warmed corn tortilla with a portion of the chicken mixture and roll tightly. Arrange in a greased baking dish, seam side down.
- Pour remaining filling mixture over the enchiladas and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
