Preparation and Cooking
  1. Prepare the Meat: Cut all selected meats into even pieces for uniform thickness.
  2. Mix the Marinade: Whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
  3. Marinate the Meats: Coat each type of meat thoroughly, and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the Grill: Get the grill heated to medium-high, and lightly oil the grates.
  5. Grill the Meats: Start with beef for 4-5 minutes per side, then chicken and pork for 6-7 minutes, lamb and turkey for 5-6 minutes, and fish for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Let the Meats Rest: Allow the meats to rest for about 5 minutes.
  7. Arrange and Serve: Transfer grilled meats to a large platter and garnish for presentation.
