Preparation and Cooking
- Prepare the Meat: Cut all selected meats into even pieces for uniform thickness.
- Mix the Marinade: Whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
- Marinate the Meats: Coat each type of meat thoroughly, and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the Grill: Get the grill heated to medium-high, and lightly oil the grates.
